Pelican Cove

Seasonal Rate - $2900

Pelican Cove features full hookups including sewer, water, and 30AMP power to each site.  Choose from the protection of the shaded South side bordering a heavily treed area with a natural spring, or get your tan on to the North featuring private shaded fire pit areas cut into the protection of the trees.  Close proximity to the playground and our Zip line lets your kids venture out on their own without being very far away.  Visitor parking as well as boat and trailer parking also borders Pelican Cove for your convenience.  A limited number of private marina slips are available at a cost of $400 for the season.
